Edit Ticket

To edit ticket details:

1. Select Tickets from the top menu .



2. Open the relevant ticket to view the ticket details page.
3. Tap to display the menu in the top navigation bar and select Edit ticket:



The Edit ticket page is displayed.



4. Make the necessary changes and tap on SAVE.
